This album was recorded on the FIELDS tour in fall 2022. Fall - season of stuffed noses and sore throats. The season of my partner and I eating hilarious amounts of hilariously spicey ramen soup to clear our throats and noses. It all comes together in this lovely and totally odd tape packaging. Hand made from upcycled materials.

The first time I ever heard Lou Ree'd VANISHING ACT was in my car driving. I had to pull over as I started crying listening to that song. In 2022 I made it a loved habit to close every set with that song reminiscing Lou Reed's 80th birthday that year. During the FIELDS tour we played very slow versions of the song compared to how I started performing the song in the beginning of the year and as a single. It's a magnificent experience witnessing a song evolve over time. This is a magnificently slow take on one of the best songs ever written.
